xbout receives start/stop signals over the XBee radio link and outputs
strings to stdout when they arrive.

Events:
 1) Start events
    "start: DATA"
    Where DATA is an arbitrary string. (To be used to specify team colour etc)
 2) Stop event
    "stop"
